This mural, made from thousands of colored Italian glass tiles, flanks the
walls of the lobby elevator of this building devoted to fashion retailers. It is
visible and accessible to all passersby on the street. The imagery is drawn
from traditional costumes of some of most representative populations that
frequent the Los Angeles Fashion District and more generally reflect the
diversity of immigrants to the United States.
